ELDER HARRIET RAND
A passionate teacher, Elder Harriet Rand is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee. Harriet attended Spelman College and served in the U.S. Army.
She holds a B.A. in Christian Education from Newburgh Theological Seminary. She was previously adjunct faculty at the North American School of Theology where she taught Christian education courses. Through those courses, she influenced the improvement or creation of 20 church schools in Uganda.
Elder Rand accepted her call to ministry in 2011, and has used her gifts of administration and teaching at previous churches she attended. Currently, she is staff clergy at Redemptive Life Church, and her responsibilities
include church administration and assisting Pastor Leon Willis.
She is married to Lenny Rand, and together they have a blended family of five children and two grandchildren.

ELDER GLORIA WATKINS
Elder Gloria Watkins is an ordained minister and operates in the office of a Prophet. She is a native of greater Huntsville, Alabama, hailing from the Big Cove/Hampton Cove area where she still resides. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business and an associate degree in Basic Electronics. She dedicated 32 years to US Government service in Logistics Management.
Meanwhile, as God was using her in her secular occupation, He sharpened the calling on her life for the furtherance of His kingdom. She accepted the call to ministry in 1985, and attended Word of Seminary from 1987 to 1989. She conducted a Healing and Deliverance Crusade for several years that touched and blessed many people. In 2011, Prophetess Gloria retired from government service, giving her more time and opportunity to pursue her passion to see God’s people healed, delivered, and walking in their true calling.
She is honored to serve on the ministerial team at Redemptive Life Church.

ELDER DR. SANDRA DAWKINS HARVEY
Elder, Dr. Sandra Dawkins Harvey began her life as a Christian at age thirteen when she gave her life to Christ serving as a member of Nazarene African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church in her hometown of Citronelle, Alabama, and accepted her call to ministry in 2006.
Elder Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Alabama State University, a Master of Divinity from Liberty University’s John W. Rawlings School of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Theology-Biblical Studies from Bread of Life Christian University Theological Seminary. She has served as an Executive Board Member, Children’s Church Director, Nursery Director, Christian Education Director, Administrator, Teacher, Preacher, Intercessor, Usher, Hospitality, and in many other areas of ministry including Health and Small Groups.
She has been married to her husband, Ronald Harvey for 30 years. They have two handsome sons and three beautiful granddaughters.
Elder Harvey continues to devote her life to serving the Lord and ministering to the unchurched, those that have lost their way, as well as, encouraging those that continue on the battlefield for the Lord. Her Leadership Philosophy is that Christian leaders, like Jesus, should come not to be served but to serve others according to Matthew 20:26 which states, “But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.”
